Elementary Principal
Lometa ISD is announcing an immedite opening for a dedicated and Elementary Principal to lead and oversee the elementary education program and ensure a strong focus on student acheivement. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a close-knit, rural school district that values education, collaboration, and innovation. Employment may begin in the spring semester of 2024-2025 or in the summer months in preparation for 2025-2026.
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field (required).
Valid administrative certification (as per state requirements).
Previous experience as an elementary teacher and/or administrator, with a proven track record of leadership and student success.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to rural education and community engagement.
General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate to experience according to local salary schedules where applicable.
Yearly instructional bonus of $3000.
$300/month toward health insurance.
Low-cost day-care for students of staff.
Auxiliary Staff/Substitutes
