Professional Staff

Secondary ELAR - Lometa ISD is seeking a secondary ELAR teacher with placement primarily in middle school reading. The qualified candidate should be ELAR and ESL certified or in a qualified program. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
1st Grade Teacher - Lometa ISD is seeking an elementary teacher for a first grade assignment. Candidates should be EC-3 or EC-6 certified (or equivalent) or be in a qualified alternative program. ESL Certification and Reading Academy required but may be obtained during the year. See General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits Below.
General Professional Staff Pay and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate to experience according to state salary schedules.
Yearly instructional bonus of $2000.
Currently eligible for additional signing bonus.
$300/month toward health insurance.
Low-cost day-care for students of staff.
